"ldap_auth.php" version: 2.7.1.1 works fine.
The issue is fixed. Good job!
Thank for your help and for your efficiency.
Wpmu-ldap is a very good and very useful plugin.

Bests regards

@monpelaud
I may have nailed the problem - try the latest SVN trunk. You will need to manually remove any subscriber entries from the usermeta table for blog 1 that are invalid.

@monpelaud
Do your apache logs have anything that might help diagnose? I have setup a fresh wpmu 2.7.1 install - and tested various combinations, but I have not yet been able to reproduce the problem as you have described.

Is the blog role only changing for blog #1? Or is it for whichever blog the login takes place on?

There are some new wpmu options to set a default blog and role for users that are created. My current theory is that may be interfering, however I confused since i'm having problems replicating it.

It's does it for all accounts that are set as site admin and Administrator role.
Normaly accounts are not affect by this issue.
Users with Administrator role are not affect if they are not site admin.
For example, if I connect with the 'Admin' account I see with phpMyAdmin that the attribute 'wp_usermeta.wp_1_capabilities' has been modified to 'a:1:{s:10:"subscriber";b:1;}' just after login.
If I update this attribut to 'a:1:{s:13:"administrator";b:1;}'it's works fine until I logout.
On the next login the attribut 'wp_usermeta.wp_1_capabilities' will be again modified to 'a:1:{s:10:"subscriber";b:1;}'.
If I disable wpmu-ldap plugin it's works fine.

@monpelaud
I have not been able to reproduce this. Can you give me some more
information? Does it do it only for the "admin" account? or for any ldap
or local account that is set as a site admin? Or is it only individual
blog admin accounts, and not the site admin?

Hi,
I cannot install this plugin. I tried to copy the ldap directory in the wp-plugins and the plugins direcotores, but it doesnt appear in the plugins tab in wordpress.
Plugins are enabled, and I am using wpmu 2.7.1.

Thanks

Hi,

I have an issue with wpmu-lap 2.7 and 2.7.1 with wordpress mu 2.7.1.
When I connect with the admin account its blog role is automatically tipped over in subscriber.
With this role the admin account generates errors.

Best Regards
